RETURN POLICY:

We greatly value your business and we thank you for your purchase. We strive to offer high quality eco-lux products to you for best skin results, however should you not be satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns and refund on skincare products that have not been used and are unopened within 14 days of purchase. To avoid this inconvenience, a complimentary sample of the purchased item will be included in your order for trial and is recommended that it be sampled first. In the case of defective items, you will be required to take a photo of the damaged item to attach and send to:francamassi.fm@gmail.com with a brief note .

SHIPPING:

Shipping within Canada is done via Canada Post. Free shipping is offered on all orders $100 or more in Canada. Orders under $100 will be subject to standard shipping rates.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

As a courtesy, please give 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment.

Prices for our products and offered services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue services (or any part or content thereof) and product(s) without notice at any time.

COVID-19 POLICY:

We operate under the policies and regulations set forth by the provincial government. When in full operation, I practice safe sanitation protocols as mandated by Ontario Public Health . If you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms, or have been in close contact with an person who is Covid positive, it is your responsibility to contact the salon to reschedule your appointment.
